Lunettes Kollektion is a Berlin-based eyewear company. Nice vintage-inspired pieces. You say trendy, we say timeless (especially since these styles have been around for decades).
These eyeglass frames (of course from Japan) are at first glance run of the mill gradient-style classics, but the double star detail on the temple is what caught our eye.
Available through Noa’s Ark.

Optics. Made in Japan? Yep.
No surprise there- although these David frames are designed by Robert Geller. Tortoise and black, prescription clear lenses or just nice sunglasses available at Blackbird. via Hypebeast.
Japan somehow always produces the best vintage-style frames. Here is yet another brand popping up, tana-gokoro (hopefully they have larger size options for us gaijin). Available through the Japanese web shop Anout Commune. via Hypebeast.
Silver Lining out of SOHo has a nice line of German-made optics. Not sure where to get a hold of them, but they’re a nice classic look and seem to be made of some sort of Italian acetate, which is a selling point. I think we’ll stick to Ray Bans and Beams. via Selectism.
Beams is a Japanese gentlemen’s retailer, and they just released some new spectacles from Rock Steady. Around $160. via Hypebeast.
Ol’ Patrick Bateman probably mentioned Oliver Peoples about 100 times amidst the pages of American Psycho. Oliver’s still at it with some new (yet delightfully old fashioned) frames for $315. Via Uncrate.
