As a rule, gentlemen wear neckties when the situation calls for them. Rooster is a tie company from back in the day, which relaunchedthis summer. They have a line of university-style ties that looks great, and very affordable. Nice ties are hard to come by, and usually exceed $100, so jump on these. Via Valet.
