Outlier’s been making high-tech but minimalist bicycle-related clothing for a few years now. We’ve had experience with some of their pants and have been very happy.
This season they’re offering an insulated vest made of New Zealand merino wool. The nice considerations are the drop tail, the zipper not extending all the way to the chin, and in their own words, “carefully designed to avoid overheating.” Of course it’s out of stock already, but there’ll be more.
